Group Training
Group Training (also known as chaingang riding), is a great way to stay fit throughout the winter, learn new techniques, and meet new people. You don’t have to be a racing snake to learn and enjoy the benefits of riding in a group – we have a range of sessions for different abilities. Once you have learnt the basics you will be able to ride further and faster. And because our sessions take place on our traffic-free floodlit circuit, you’ll be safe throughout the darker months.
Thursdays 8:00 – 9:00 pm: Intermediate / Advance
Our regular sessions cost just £4 each – or purchase 10 sessions for the price of 8! There’s no need to book – just show up at York Sport Cycle Circuit. We’ll see you there!
