Indoor Training

Supplement your outdoor cycling with our new indoor fitness classes specially designed for cyclists.

These classes will support your cycling throughout the winter months and beyond, making you a stronger, more flexible and fitter cyclist. They include Stretch, Group Cycle and Strength & Conditioning Circuits. Advance booking is recommended.

These classes are available to anyone for just £5 per session. Alternatively you could enjoy unlimited access to the sessions from just £15 per month with our Cycling Membership.

Stretch: Stretch out sore muscles, relieve tightness and improve flexibility with these specially tailored sessions.

Strength & Conditioning Circuits: Improving your strength and power throughout your body is guaranteed to improve your cycling performance. These sessions will ensure you are in peak condition come summer.

Group Cycle: Monitor and improve your speed and endurance with these interactive indoor cycling sessions. Download Technogym’s My Wellness app to monitor your performance and track your progress.
