These classes are available to anyone for just £5 per session. Alternatively you could enjoy unlimited access to the sessions from just £15 per month with our Cycling Membership.

Strength & Conditioning Circuits: Improving your strength and power throughout your body is guaranteed to improve your cycling performance. These sessions will ensure you are in peak condition come summer.
