We are incredibly excited to introduce you all to our brand new Group Cycle studio (replacing the current spin studio), and on 24th September you can be one of the first to experience Group Cycle from Technogym. We’ve lined up a variety of exclusive classes throughout the day, alongside free massages from Alleviate Massage and free merch from Technogym.

We’ll also be accepting donations for the Diamond Blackfan Anaemia Charity and York Special Care Baby Unit on the day.
