Les Mills virtual fitness classes Expired 1st May
Les Mills have released a virtual fitness class library with loads of classes to choose from which you can do at home. The workouts will remain available as long as the Coronavirus situation continues. Click here for the virtual Les Mills class library.

With the new measures the government has introduced its important to get the most out of your daily exercise. Cycling is a great way to get out and see the scenery while keeping healthy and active
·Sport Centre Route (4.5km) – A Completely off road route down Windmill Lane with only one road to cross. https://ridewithgps.com/
·West Campus Circuit (2.7km) – Some road riding, can detour to Market Square, Greg’s Place and many more. https://ridewithgps.com/
·Around East Campus (2.3km) – Campus roads and cycle paths round East Campus from the Village – (The route is not exact as paths around Constantine College are not on the mapping engine yet!)
·Tour de Campus (8.6km) – Round East and West Campuses with some road riding, using Field Lane Cycle Path and other paths. Visits both campus lakes, as well as most of the Colleges. https://ridewithgps.com/
·Sport Village – Rowntree Park (11.8km) – Off campus along the NCN** route across Walmgate Stray to Rowntree Park, skate ramps, and various park & gardens. There is a Small amount of road riding between the campuses and along Hospital Fields Road. https://ridewithgps.com/
·Sport Village – Naburn Station (23.2km) Goes off campus to the Old Station at Naburn (alternatively Naburn Marina is very close) The only road riding is as per Rowntree Park, plus a short section (150m) through a housing estate in Bishopthorpe. https://ridewithgps.com/
