Youth Performance Programme

This course is aimed at kids looking to improve the physical qualities required to excel in sport, including speed, core strength, fitness, strength and power.

Open to ages 11-16 years, with a focus on speed/agility development and gym based strength, conditioning and mobility (similar to how professional sport academies develop their young athletes). Our Youth Performance Programme is aimed at those who are passionate about sport, and improving their ability to reach the next level. 

The sessions are run at the York Sport Centre on the following days/time:

  • Monday – 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Tuesday – 6:00pm – 7:00pm 

We offer a FREE taster session so that you can see what the sessions are all about!
