Over the last 25 years Keith has worked across the Leisure, Health and Fitness Industry helping facilities and their clients get to where they would like to be. Currently Keith works with people across the UK helping them to release their full potential.

As a coach, Keith helps people to understand what truly motivates them and put action plans together, removing barriers and limiting beliefs to help them get focused and achieve their goals.
