Well done for signing up for the Yorkshire Marathon Relay! With the start line only 3 months away we’d like to offer you a a membership to help you reach the start line in the best possible shape.

Facilities
Membership to York Sport Village includes access to our gym, swimming pools and health suite as well as free entry to all of our classes and discounted personal trainer programmes!
When you become a member, you are given a wristband which gives you access to all of our facilities.
Gym
In 2018 we invested £300,000 in an extensive refurbishment of our 120 station fitness suite. We offer members exclusive access to our cardio, strength and resistance training equipment as well as our free weight and stretch areas
Our gym comes equipped with state of the art equipment, complete with the latest multimedia screens, Letting you run listen to the radio and watch Netflix all at the same time!
Classes
Members get free access to a great range of over 100 classes.
We offer a wide range of classes to suit any mood with over 75 to choose from. We have everything from holistic yoga, to intensive sessions such as MetaFit. There is sure to be something for you.
Pool
Our eight lane, 25m pool is perfect for serious lane swimmers and casual swimmers alike. We also have an 18m, four lane pool which is ideal for families looking for fun.
3G Pitches
We have four fully floodlit 3G pitches consisting of; 3 five-a-side pitches and a full-sized pitch.
They feel, look and play like grass in all weather conditions. All pitches are available for league and match bookings or one-off kickabouts.
Cycle Circuit
Our 1km floodlit cycle circuit is the perfect place to practise your cycling, train as a group or host an event.
Other facilities include:
- 250m Velodrome
- 2 air conditioned dance studios and 1 dedicated spin studio
- York Sport Cafe
Location, location, location.
York Sport Village is located on the east campus of the University of York (which also serves as the starting line for the marathon).
The 66 and 67 bus stops right outside York Sport Village every 15 – 20 minutes. Outside of University terms, these times may differ.
We also offer free parking on site.
