Working with a personal trainer is a fantastic way to increase your workout motivation and accelerate your training results. Our friendly experienced personal training team will give you support, help set targets and provide constant feedback and motivation to help achieve your goals.

Training requirements differs from one trainer to another according to their personalities and different areas of expertise. That’s why you will always receive a free consultation with your trainer to ensure they’re the perfect fit!

On Monday 1st July we’re holding a PT party in the York sport village gym! It’s the perfect chance to meet out team and find out how they can help you reach your goals. You will be able to ask as many questions as you need while competing in challenges, free taster classes and body analysis test to find the perfect work out regime for you. The event is free from 5pm and goes on until 7:30. Please note there will be a DJ so it might be a bit louder than usual. we hope to see you there!
