York Sport Centre Classes
York Sport Centre offers a range of fitness classes to suit all needs! Our team of friendly and experienced instructors will make you feel welcome and ensure that you have a fun workout in our air conditioned studios! If you’re new to the class the instructor will welcome you and guide you through the session. Options are available for all abilities, making it fun for everyone.
You don’t have to be a member to enjoy classes at York Sport Centre! Enjoy all of the classes on a pay-as-you-go basis, at just £3.50 per session!

Barre is a fusion of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and resistance training. Set to up-tempo music, this class gives you a fast and fun full-body workout- no tutu needed!
An effective form of training that incorporates a combination of boxing movements and aerobics. This makes a fun alternative and improves rhythm, co-ordination as well as burning calories.
An upbeat, slightly faster flowing version of regular yoga classes, with a focus on improving the range of motion and flexibility.
A full body exercise that educates, realigns and balances the body, building lean, flexible muscles. The pilates method increases coordination and improves body alignment and posture whilst relieving stress and tension.
A high intensity bike based workout, great for burning calories and toning muscles.
A class focused on improving range of motion and flexibility.
