You Said: "After being a member for 3 years, I'm becoming bored of my usual classes"
We Did: We’ve added new classes to the timetable – Zumba Gold, Aerotone, Barre Concept, and Step & Stretch.

You Said: "The app isn't particularly useful or helpful to me"
We Did: We’re relaunching the app in November, with new & useful information for our customers.

You Said: "The training pool isn't available at a time convenient for me"
We Did: We’ve added extra training pool time in the afternoon.

You Said: “We need an online booking system for classes.”
We Did: We now have an online booking system on our website for you to book classes up to 10 days in advance. Please pick up a guide at reception for full details.

You Said: “Dirty & muddy floors in the Village changing rooms.”
We Did: We have introduced a ‘no shoes policy’. Shoes and socks are to be taken off or blue shoe covers are provided.

You said: “Not enough offers for existing customers.”
We did: We have established links with local businesses to provide offers for our members and re-introduced our ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme.

You said: “More classes are needed on the Fitness Timetable.”
We did: We have added a new Pilates class onto the timetable already, with more classes added from 30th March onwards.

You said: “It is difficult to get parked at peak times in the car park.”
We did: We have now built a new 60 space car park behind the 3G pitches. This will ease the congestion in our car park at peak times.
